As smokers though, we learn to effectively tune out the particulars in the damage reports about smoking-related disease. Looking too closely can cause a head on collision with realities of the damage we’re inflicting on our bodies and turns smoking ‘enjoyment’ into a guilty, fearful experience.

So if you seriously think you will never need LTC and thus have no plans of preparing for your future healthcare needs, you might as well start planning which of your assets should go first. Is it the house, or perhaps, the commercial property and apartment that you rent out? If it’s your entire nest egg, ask your state’s Medicaid program about the asset limit as this could be around ,500 to ,000.

Adults 18 to 64 should have at least two hours and 30minutes of moderately intense exercise every week. Even more activity would be better!
